The training library covers the modules most healthcare orgs need. Each module includes video content and ends with a quiz that's logged for your records.
- HIPAA — Core Privacy and Security Rule training, required for everyone with PHI access. Automatically assigned to new team members.
- Security Awareness — Phishing, password hygiene, social engineering. Also auto-assigned to new team members.
- Bloodborne Pathogens — Required for clinical roles in many states.
- Fraud, Waste, and Abuse — Required for organizations billing federal payers.
- Sexual Harassment Prevention — State-specific where required (CA, NY, IL, etc.).
- Company Training — Upload your own custom training modules for organization-specific content.

Training. You'll see every module and which employees are currently assigned.Pick a module and assign
Choose individual employees, or assign by role or location.
New hires are covered automatically
HIPAA and Security Awareness training are auto-assigned when new team members join. You can configure required trainings for specific roles using the training requirements settings.

Tracking completion
The Training dashboard shows completion status by module and by team member. Training completion is the largest component of your compliance score (30% of your overall score through the Team Member Progress dimension).
Certificates
Every completed training generates a certificate. Certificates include the employee name, organization, module, and completion date. They're available from each employee's profile and are included in your compliance reports.

Certificates can be shared via a public verification link — useful when payers or partners ask for proof that staff are HIPAA-trained. Accountable also supports sharing certificates to LinkedIn.
Quiz requirements
Modules require a passing score on the quiz. If an employee doesn't pass, the module stays open for retake.
