The audit log captures every significant action taken in your organization's Accountable account — who did what, when, and what changed.
What it tracks
The audit log records actions across the platform: policy changes, training completions, vendor additions, incident reports, user invitations, role changes, and more. Each entry includes the user who took the action, the timestamp, and the details of what changed.
Using the audit log
Open Audit Log from the Management section in the left sidebar. You can filter by date range, user, or action type. The log is exportable for external audit purposes.
Why it matters
A comprehensive audit trail is itself compliance evidence — it demonstrates that your organization has controls in place and that actions are attributable to specific people at specific times.
