When you publish or update a policy, your team needs to acknowledge they've read it. Policy reviews track that acknowledgment and give you the evidence an auditor needs.
How it works
When a policy is published, team members receive a prompt to review and acknowledge it. The Policy Review dashboard (under People & Training) shows the status of every review — pending or complete — with timestamps for when each person acknowledged the policy.
Following up
If someone hasn't completed their policy review, you can send reminders manually or ask Compliance Copilot to "send policy review reminders to everyone who hasn't completed theirs."
Audit evidence
Completed policy reviews — who acknowledged what, and when — become part of your compliance documentation and are included in your compliance reports.
