It's a clear and immediate way to set boundaries. Indirect intervention involves seeking support, such as reporting the behavior to HR or a supervisor, or supporting the victim by offering a listening ear. Supporting the victim is equally important. Let them know they're not alone and encourage them to utilize available resources. Your support can help them feel safer and more empowered to take action. Prevention is key. Establishing clear policies and procedures sets the standard for acceptable behavior. Promoting open communication and respect ensures everyone feels valued and heard.
